We kindly request that you reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled time. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the service cost. To secure your appointment, a credit card is required. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the service booked or the quoted price during consultation. All no-show appointments will be charged the full service cost. Please note that all services are non-refundable. Late arrivals will be subject to a $5 late fee if more than 5 minutes late. Appointments will be marked as a no-show and charged accordingly if more than 10 minutes late.
